“Behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be for all people” (Luke 2:10). Dear ICDM Friend,As I write this, it is only 24 days until Christmas. Children and grandchildren are already making wish lists in anticipation of this special day of giving when we celebrate God’s gift of His Son for all people. Even in this down economy, children are filling those lists with expensive items like video games, CD players, robotic toys, bicycles, and even motorized cars and trucks. The children of Bayonnais will feel blessed if they have a plate of rice and beans on Christmas Day – for without their school lunch, Christmas vacation could mean a week of increased hunger.
